Horse Stuff
I have an 8-year-old horse, named Curious George. 'George' is a Standarbred-Quarter Horse mix. He knows western, and I am currently training him to jump and do Dressage. George has been in one show, the 4-H horse show. That was on September 10, 2005. It was George's first schow and my 2nd show. I take riding lessons, and my trainer is helping me train my horse. By the way, George is bay w/ a white star.

UPDATES:
October 23, 2005- George has moved up to jumping a cross-rail that is 2 inches taller than what he has been jumping. Hopefully, I will be able to move that cross-rail up to a vertical!
October 26, 2005- George is still jumping about 1 foot cross rails. I am hoping to move him up to 1 foot verticals on Sunday. I have a riding lesson, so hopefully my instructor can help us. He is still doing very good though!
November 7, 2005- George really hasn't moved up much, but I am hoping to get him jumping a little higher once we move him. My riding instructor is moving to a newer facility with a BIG arena...George should be able to do better in a bigger arena.
